I had booked 15 days in advance, but when I arrived at 8 pm there was no one at the reception; a manager who spoke very little English told me it was fully booked. He then showed me a photo of a hotel ten times more expensive. When I asked for a refund, the owner apologized but refused to give me my money back. Avoid this place.
