There was a roof over my head and the staff were kind, but I usually don't write reviews and this one broke the rule. The place was run down with no investment in upkeep, towels were almost cotton‑free, bedsheets had hair, the bathtub was rusting, the toilet didn’t always flush, it smelled bad, and it was noisy from the freeway. The door had dirty fingerprints and old paint, giving the impression of a 35‑year‑old property. Stay here only if you just want a place to sleep for one night, a warm shower, and AC—don’t expect more. Breakfast was just a waffle machine and coffee sludge. Every review you see is accurate. I’m shocked that Wyndham would brand a place like this. I’ve lost respect for them. If you’re fine with all these flaws, stay; the manager will probably reply like everyone else, but nothing will change.

The whole place was dirty, and everything else was bad.

The front desk lied to me, claiming I could get a refund for a room I’d booked, so I ended up with another room and was charged twice, and no one wanted to refund me. The call system doesn’t work, and when I finally reached someone they had no authority to return money—such a scam!
