Some guests in the bar/lobby. Were really nice. They NEVER heard of me. I had to pay twice the amount. I was so tired I said I would sort it out with But booking . Com has ignored me

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel. The service was subpar, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Despite my initial reservations, the staff did manage to redeem themselves somewhat towards the end of my stay. However, the damage had already been done, and I left with a lasting impression of disappointment.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of my room, which did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was that there was no lift to the 4th floor, which wasn't mentioned anywhere during the booking process. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were not clean, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant.
