The lodge is well located, close to the historic center, a commercial street near the pier, which made getting around easy; we did everything on foot, enjoying the city without worrying about parking, and we left the car in the garage. The coffee was very simple and could have varied a bit, and we were not informed that the pool was closed.

The room was basically a dump – the mattress was saggy, there was no chair, the toilet seat was in terrible shape, lighting was dim and the whole space felt dark.

Location is the only thing that saves this place; the building itself is ancient, the bathroom tiles are dark, sockets are exposed, the bed is uncomfortable and the minibar is basically broken.
