il condizionatore nelle stanze obbligatoriamente acceso perchè le finestre non sono apribili, purtroppo è rumorosissimo durante la notte

The room was clean and tidy—padded seats were very hard, but I requested a better one at reception and received it 😊 Reception staff were very friendly 🥰. Every morning I had to shower with lukewarm or rather cold water… The breakfast buffet was empty, only very slowly refilled, too few seats for breakfast, no sliced fruit… too few utensils—I had to wait for spoons to come out of the dishwasher 🙈 It’s a city hotel that takes buses, you know how many beds they rent and that everyone wants or must have breakfast between 7 and 9 am—so they should be able to calculate the capacity for hot water, breakfast quantity, and seating! I’m not coming back 😥

Good bed and pillows. I could not connect my computer to the TV via HDMI; it’s really bad that they lock it down.

Die nette dame sus der küche die uns eine normale tasse gab für kaffe . Die aussicht auf die bäume. - fehlende warmes wasser -fehlende Gläser in zimmer -Plastik becher beim frühstück - täglich das gleiche mikrige frühstück -kein glutenfrei -zu kleine frühstück raum für die holtel größe - kein schrank in zimmer keine Schublade Chaotische zustände / 30 min check in weil zu viele um 22:30 ankamen und um 13 uhr es noch nicht möglich war/ Zimmer der Freundin wurde doppelt vergeben Trotz zwei tage kein warem wasser auf stock und 5 keine entgegenkommen Zum Schluss hiess es ihr müsst email schreiben dann vielleicht???? Also bitte!
