Before arriving, getting the hotel was a mess – we asked multiple times via Booking and WhatsApp but got no response or check‑in details. Only when we stood outside the locked door on the day could we reach someone by phone.

The apartment was spacious and well furnished, but we were missing a pillow and a pair of tissues, and no point of contact was available to help us. The Wi‑Fi also didn’t work.
