Everything was tidy and well maintained, but the room was cold because the radiators weren’t turned on while outside it was 7 °C.

It’s small, charming, and beautifully decorated; the room was quiet and spotless, the staff were very friendly, the linens clean, and all the facilities were there—price unbeatable, plus the downstairs pastry shop was excellent. I have no complaints; everything pleased us.
