“Don't be tempted by the cheap price. Its comically bad.”
The shower was hot and the place sits in the town centre, but it was comically bad: I never received the door codes and had to chase them up for 30 minutes to get in, the room is on a subdivided corridor with mechanical locks, the door to rm1 is poorly fitted and needs a good shove to open, the room had two beds, a TV and a chest of drawers but no hanging space, so if your bike gear is wet you’re knackered; the bathroom door doesn’t open properly past the second bed, it’s not possible to lock the room door from the inside, the shower door was broken and didn’t seal, someone had left a nail brush in the shower, the TV remote didn’t work, the walls are paper‑thin and I heard every word the workers next door said for two hours until they went to bed; the room was cheap but not worth £55.
