I booked a king suite but ended up in a queen suite, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly while the electrical system kept glitching; at least the location was convenient.

The place sits in a fantastic spot, was spotless and super quiet, and I can honestly say I didn’t find a single thing I didn’t like—definitely one of the best spots I’ve stayed in Charlotte.

The area was quiet, but the room was roach‑infested, the couch/sofa bed was filthy, and the tub was dirty; I still haven’t received the refund I was promised for these conditions and the staff are just giving me the runaround.
