“Très accueillant et bien placé devant les pyramides”
The staff are very friendly, honest, and reliable. The nighttime noise is unavoidable in Cairo, though.
“Séjour qui restera gravé à jamais dans nos cœurs”
We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this hotel overlooking the pyramids. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty; the team's attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism moved us deeply. The pyramid view is simply magical, especially at sunrise and sunset—a breathtaking spectacle. Beyond the stunning setting, it’s the human quality of the service that makes all the difference. An welcome like this deserves all the stars in the world. Thank you, and thank you again for everything. We leave with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return soon.

We could see the pyramids, but comfort and sleep suffered. The staff were welcoming and kind, especially Sab, who was always friendly and made us feel cared for. Waking up to the beautiful view of the pyramids is undeniably special, and the mango juice Saba made at breakfast was delicious. However, the room itself was very uncomfortable and, most importantly, we could not sleep because of terrible street noise all night. When you’re on holiday, especially with early guided tours planned, a good night’s sleep is essential, and unfortunately that was not possible here. The room needed double/triple glazed windows and a door to the balcony that locks properly; it was so cold because the balcony door didn’t lock, though there was a small heater. Considering the price, the room did not meet expectations. We were initially given only one towel and no hand towel, which was resolved the next day. The bedding was very old and noticeably stained, which was disappointing. Breakfast overall was quite poor, except for the mango juice. The pyramid view is wonderful, but it came at the cost of comfort and rest. If the room had been inexpensive, it might have been easier to accept, but given the price, the overall experience was not good value for money.
Amazing view, large room, great value, good location, superb friendly staff.
“Brilliant location and helpful staff”
The staff, especially Mahmood and his team, were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving the place a warm feel. The location in Giza is solid, and the roof terrace offers a breathtaking view of the pyramids. It’s a good value for money; if you’re after something more luxurious you’ll have to pay extra, but for solid service, friendly staff, and a great pyramid view, this spot hits the mark.
