“Péssimo custo benefício, não recomendo a ninguém.”

The room didn't match the photos, maintenance was missing—there's a glass door in the bathroom that leads to the outside and doesn't close—and the bed was horrible, so you can't sleep properly.

The response time was quick, but the room was very small, almost all drywall so the sound insulation was nonexistent; I heard people coughing, gospel music, football, and someone always sitting at reception with their phone loud. The room had no window (you only find out after confirmation); Wi‑Fi was unreliable; the towel was thin, there was only one bad pillow; the shower glass box was incomplete, so water soaked much of the bathroom (the wrong floor slope helped that).

The apartment was very spacious and everything matched the description. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety!
