The location and cleanliness were great, but we didn’t see anyone at the reception for five days.

The location was very convenient. The renovation was very old, and the bathroom needed an update. When I showered, all the water ran onto the floor, making everything wet. A major downside for me was the lack of a window – it was sealed shut, so there was no natural light and it felt awful.
