From the moment you arrive you feel calm; the staff are very friendly, the facilities clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal, just minutes from everything; nearby there’s a riverside walk where you can swim, so if I ever go back to Santander I’ll definitely choose them again—thanks! I can’t find a single flaw; everything was perfect, and Silvia is a delight.

The staff were amazing, special mention to Silvia who treated us like family. In the north it usually doesn’t get hot, but we missed the air conditioning one night, because if you open the window you might get attacked by mosquitoes.
