The staff were courteous and gave a good vibe. Every person had the same level of skill and attentiveness, and they really listened to what we said. Because the two elevators were far from the room, getting to the room was a bit of a hassle.

Celebrating 48 years of the company, every drink—including alcohol—was free, and bringing in food was also free. Business trips usually cost a lot on meals, but this time the expenses were low. The whole place was still being fully renovated, so the facilities felt old overall, but the cleaning was thorough. Nothing was particularly bad.
