The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, the mattress protectors wrinkled, made noise when we moved, and didn't let the skin breathe properly; I asked to have mine removed. Also, there was no small fridge in the room.

The staff were exceptional—very friendly and accommodating, thanks to everyone. I stayed in a room with two twin beds; the first one was very uncomfortable, so I switched to the other after the first night and it was much better.

The location was great, but the breakfast was mediocre and the towels were old.

The receptionist was friendly, the balcony was nice, the place was quiet, and the bedding was good; we appreciated the extra effort to prepare a breakfast tray since we were leaving early, thank you. The shower curtain and toiletries were disappointing, and there was no courtesy tray (e.g., no kettle).

The location and staff availability were positives, yet the hotel clearly needs a remodel, especially the bathrooms with cracked tiles, a bathtub that should be replaced by a shower base, and the towel situation.
