Located 15 minutes from Tallinn Airport and 200 meters from Balti Jaam Railway Station, this eco-friendly hotel offers compact, cozy rooms with wooden floors, TV, work area, and private bathroom. Some rooms overlook a park and the Old Town. The hotel features solar power, air to water heat pumps, and eco-friendly amenities, including non-bleached toilet paper and perfume-free toiletries. It's 300 meters from Tallinn's Old Town and 1 km from the Harbour.

I would have appreciated being able to speak in Finnish or Russian at the reception and on the phone; communication was only offered in Estonian or English.

The location is great and the room is basic, but the building is very old, lacks blackout curtains, and the bathroom is tiny.

I had hoped for a warm blanket and Estonian‑language service at the restaurant, especially since I needed to be ready for a running event at 8:00; I managed to get by.

The staff were friendly and the spot is ideal – tram 2 runs to and from the airport, and you can reach Kadriorg and Kopli by tram. It’s very comfortable. Balti Jaama nearby offers many food options; I’d recommend Izakya, which is close, and the Kalamaja museum (community museum). I loved the area, full of bars and easy to reach the old town. It’s not cheap; locals call it a “hipster” spot, but it worked well for me. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that. The room was okay, on the third floor. I’d come back, but consider that Wi‑Fi is weak and drops out; there’s no elevator, so the room might be on a higher floor; my room was quite chilly – outside was 17 °C, so I had to wear knitted socks and a sweater inside.
