The bed was comfortable, the room had plenty of storage, the view from the window was nice, and the curtains were good, yet the restroom cleanliness left something to be desired.

The staff seemed rushed and uncooperative; after checking in at 3:30 PM we were told to leave before 11:00 AM, and when we said we’d return in 15 minutes after breakfast they were unfriendly and unhelpful. We finally left around 11:20 AM, still feeling the staff’s annoyance, and no one helped with our luggage. The mattress sagged in the area we slept, making it hard to get a good night’s rest, so the overall experience fell short in staff attitude, hospitality, and room comfort. The mattress needs replacing and the reception staff needs better training.
