It’s in a quiet street opposite a police station, with the option to park in a closed courtyard. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is spacious, and I’ve stayed here multiple times. I highly recommend it.

The location is quiet, close to public transport, and groceries are just a short walk (under 20 minutes, a kind Vietnamese woman is willing to help). The city center is a 25‑minute walk, which is slow but great for a leisurely stroll. It’s suitable for Aquapark, IQ Park, and IQLANDIA. Parking is available on the property behind the gate, and the owner is helpful. Nothing to complain about; it matches the price and expectations.
