The location was perfect, the staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast excellent, but the beds felt a bit firm.

The hotel’s spot was excellent, about a three‑minute walk to the old town centre pool. It’s very new with distinctive décor, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. The room lacked a kettle and tea bags, but the front desk could provide tea. The air‑conditioning made noise right beside the bed, my room was at the far end of the corridor, and Wi‑Fi was almost non‑existent, so I had to use the lobby.

Getting to the property felt a bit awkward through the lanes and it seemed isolated, yet it was an ideal spot with the old city attractions just across the road and still very peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful, even booking a train for us via an app on their phone because ours didn’t recognise foreign cards. Breakfast was great, though it started to run out after 9 am. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and there were some a/c issues that were eventually resolved.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and truly made our stay perfect, handling everything to keep us comfortable and always attentive. The room was immaculate, cozy, and pleasant. We also loved the breakfast – excellent, fresh, plentiful, with a daily changing menu and table service. Nothing to complain about, we really enjoyed our stay.
