“Location is really good worth going the only problem is we don’t get proper Goa miles cab service is not very reliable”

I had a wonderful stay at Ashwem Beach Stay; the location is excellent, especially if you want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing beach experience. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible, making it very convenient to spend time by the sea. We really enjoyed our stay and the overall experience. It’s a great place to unwind, enjoy the surroundings, and have a pleasant time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay near Ashwem Beach.

The room was good, the hotel location was good, and the food is very good. The front desk was very bad, not informed and not interested in attending guests. When I called on the day of check‑in, the girl on the other side of the phone said this booking is not confirmed. I told her that I had already paid as they asked for at the time of booking and then I referred to the WhatsApp chat I had when the booking was done and payment was confirmed. Then she said ok. When I reached the property, that girl was so not interested to attend. I found that very rude and unprofessional. The property is nice but the front desk was really bad.

The property is right on the beach, so the sunsets are amazing. Overall it’s a beautiful place; the staff are nice, polite, and professional.

I never booked this hotel in, and it was showing confirmed, but when I reached the property the receptionist said I didn’t confirm it so they won’t be letting me stay in their property. I was so helpless and they said they don’t accept card payment, so even I had blocked the room with my credit card it won’t get deducted, which was not true. I ended up paying without staying in this property, extremely disappointed. They are not genuine, I feel, as I booked the property it was showing confirmed in the app, but when I actually reached the hotel they didn’t give any rooms to me, so I ended up paying an extremely high amount.
