The hotel offered almost nothing: only the bare minimum of toiletries and no other conveniences. The staff were below standard. There was no restaurant. The gym on the next floor caused a lot of noise until late, and the music played early in the morning was also disruptive.

Facilities were very poor, and the bathroom and toilet were filthy.

The location is convenient, but the linen was dirty, and there were no remotes for the AC or TV. There were no floor mats outside the bathroom, no kettle to heat water, and the room acoustics were bad. A lot of noise seeped in when people walked down the corridor.

The rooms smelled of cigarettes and the beds were very uncomfortable. I was given a room with one bed for three adults even though I had requested two single beds and a fold‑away bed, and was told no more rooms were available. After I complained, they moved me to a room far from the lift. My father, who had an injured leg, had to walk a painful distance, and I hurt my neck from the poor bed. I would never recommend this hotel again; after staying with the Radisson group worldwide, I think it’s time to switch to another brand that actually cares about its guests. Very poor, very very poor.
