I could pay by credit card, the building had an elevator, and it was a convenient walking distance to attractions and restaurants; however, the toilets were rusty and the air conditioning barely worked.

Breakfast was decent but chaotic; the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the staff were surly and unfriendly except for the reception team, the room was dirty and needed updates and repairs, with plenty of human hair on the floor, and the bathroom was also dirty.
