The room is clean, the location is convenient, close to Go supermarket, close to eateries, and the travel to attractions is also nearby—very handy. The hotel room doesn’t offer free bottled water; you have to pay extra to use it daily.

The front‑desk and guard are enthusiastic. The air‑conditioner isn’t cool enough, makes noise, shuts off automatically at midnight and sprays water, the bathroom isn’t clean and has a sewage odor. The price is higher than other homestays in District 1, and the quality isn’t comparable.

The room was roomy, spotless, and the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable; the TV was a bit small, but I didn't use it much, so it didn't bother me.
