The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the beds were super comfy. The nearby restaurants were delicious; we tried the Greek place and it was really great. Breakfast was also extensive and tasty. However, the maintenance was a bit behind, which you wouldn't expect from a 5‑star hotel. The towel rack was half‑installed, and at the pool there was mold on the ceiling and a hole in the roof.

The staff were nice and the hotel overall was good. The spa area was somewhat run‑down, but the massage and the professionals were excellent.
