“Just okay, but nothing memorable or noteworthy”
The location is good, but it’s not a five‑star hotel. Many items were missing from the food and beverage menu, and room service took a long time—sometimes up to three hours—without delivering hot food (often wrapped in plastic). The hotel should invest in oven carts for room service. I ended up speaking with management and received a credit. The buffet breakfast was terrible, more like what you’d see at a two‑star hotel; when occupancy fell below 50 guests, the buffet was replaced with a set menu, which is unacceptable for guests who pay for buffet breakfast.
