The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. Nothing else to note.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was a cute little city hotel. One employee was assigned to both reception and breakfast, which was too little, so the breakfast buffet was almost empty.

Nothing good at all! The hotel was spread out, with the rooms, parking, reception, and especially the neighborhood being the most notorious part of Reims.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. Overall, a nice experience and we would be happy to come back. One point that could be communicated more clearly is that parking needs to be pre-booked. This was not highlighted clearly when we made our reservation. Luckily, the staff were very understanding and helpful and arranged parking for us immediately. We really appreciated their flexibility and excellent service
