The location, décor, and rooms were pleasant. However, the breakfast buffet had cold water from the kettle, a toaster that wouldn’t turn on, a non‑working bean coffee machine, and no cold water. The staff didn’t notice any of these issues.

We walked into the room and immediately saw a rat; when we told the staff they acted without any empathy and said there was nothing they could do, then moved us to another room that was a mess of cables and wood and claimed they didn’t know why it was like that—absolutely horrible, I would not recommend it at all, and the receptionist was extremely unpleasant.

“Hotel inseguro com péssima estrutura, quartos mal cheirosos e café da manhã muito limitado”

There was practically nothing good. Even though the reception team was polite after we were sent to the wrong address, the rest of the experience was terrible from start to finish, so I definitely don’t recommend it. Security and location were unsafe; I received wrong directions from the hotel and got lost at night. I had to walk in the dark to find a parking spot. The hotel looked dirty and neglected, and I stayed in a room that smelled bad with outdated facilities. Breakfast was extremely limited, with very few items served at the table and no variety, falling far below my expectations.

The bed was very comfortable. At night the room faced the pool and there was a lot of noise from chairs being moved by other guests.
