From the moment we checked into Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast, we knew we were in for a great stay; the reception area was huge, immaculate, and incredibly welcoming, and we were offered fresh iced tea as we checked in—a nice touch after our journey. Check‑in was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. Our bags were handed over to our room promptly by another courteous and helpful staff member. The room itself was simply fantastic: spacious, exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, with a huge bathroom and excellent shower; it was quiet, perfectly air‑conditioned, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool areas where we enjoyed the morning sunshine. Housekeeping was incredibly professional and kept our room beautifully clean throughout our stay, and every member of staff we met was welcoming, helpful and attentive—nothing seemed too much trouble. The food was delicious, and the restaurant team deserves a very special mention; my personal thanks go to Kim, Helen, Chef Jay and Sir Abel. Thank you all for your warmth, hospitality and attentive service—you really helped make our stay so special. Another great feature of Savoy Newcoast is the private beach, just a seven‑minute walk away, with complimentary transport available if needed; the beach is beautiful, with white sand, palm trees and a wonderfully peaceful setting. I honestly cannot find fault with anything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left, the whole experience was first‑class. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer! A huge thank you to the entire team at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

The beds were comfy, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly. The shuttle bus ran to and from the center. The outdoor pool looked great, and the gym was solid. The door batteries died, so the door wouldn’t open; I had to wait 30 minutes for it to be fixed.
