Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
It was reasonably priced and Triplicane is a key spot, but the staff member suhail was pathetic and the property lacked basic amenities; he told me soap wasn’t provided but they did offer shampoo.

The hotel sits on the main road, has adequate parking, and the restaurant is nice.

The location is what they call a food junction and the room was comfortable, but the staff’s attitude was off, especially when they reversed on breakfast inclusion after promising a replacement; there was also a paint smell in the room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the downstairs vegetarian restaurant was excellent; for the type of place and expected visitors, there were no complaints.
