The building and room access system worked well on its own. The room was clean. The bedding was average, there was no bedside lamp so you had to use your phone after the main light was off, and because of the self‑service setup it was hard to reach the hosts (I had to send four WhatsApp reminders before getting the bill).

I stayed near the Chartreuse cemetery in Bordeaux, which was convenient. Unfortunately, everything was electronic – the key‑card doors didn’t work on the first try, so I had to try again several times and eventually call the emergency number. The room had no table for my stuff and there was no explanation on how to use the air‑conditioning, leaving me pretty disappointed.

The location was great, close to the centre and reachable by tram, and the little terrace was nice. It was a shame that the shower water was lukewarm and the bedding wasn’t comfortable; the mattress probably needs replacing.

Good value for money. The walls are too thin, so the neighbor’s loud laughter from the room next to us could not be covered.
