There is a fantastic children’s playroom, and the room design and space are very good.

The front desk staff are very polite and kind. The area around the second parking lot could use some improvement.

The hotel feels like a ski‑resort with a fantastic Scandinavian/Japanese design. The room is very spacious, lovely, one of the most comfortable and beautifully designed we’ve stayed in. The shower is great and the onsen is magnificent. All staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is aesthetic, tasty, and offers a large variety, including made‑to‑order eggs. Unfortunately, there is no private onsen and you need a car because the town centre is a bit far.

The hotel is pretty, the facilities are new, and the onsen is fun. The room was quite small – we had to leave large suitcases in the hallway outside the room.
