The experience was excellent, the place was spotless in the center of Palermo, right next to all cultural events; Mrs. Terry is outstanding, kind, and responsible, and I would definitely choose it again.

The proximity to the station was a plus, but the room was very humid.

The location, bed, and bathroom were good, yet the neighborhood was very noisy and unsafe, with several fights and broken bottles at night, stray cats near the door, and ants in the apartment; after checkout I received a no‑show email from Booking, probably because they didn’t ask for documents at check‑in.

The location is central, close to everything—historic markets, downtown, supermarkets, and the main bus and train station—everything is walkable, but the Wi‑Fi definitely needs improvement.
