The receptionist was cheerful, but a technician still needed to check the malfunctioning equipment.
The hotel is close to Manjung, but check‑in was slow because management misassigned rooms and I had to wait for keys; I ordered three rooms for my family, but only one had a functioning air‑conditioner and they kept giving me the same problematic room, so we only used two rooms for sleeping because it was unbearably hot.

The property is in very bad condition and the rooms are smelly, with very poor cleanliness.
