The shower had mold, the sink was backed up and the front desk wouldn't fix it, there were no towels, light fixtures were hanging from the ceiling, and there was a strong cigarette smell in a non‑smoking room.

The staff, especially the long-haired front desk team, provided terrible customer service; the place was in awful condition, rooms were dirty, the elevator was terrible, and the breakfast was awful.
