The food and the staff were all excellent. The room (1) is too small, the bathroom too small, the shower does not even have space to place our soap and bathroom stuff while having a shower. The sink is for a kid. The bed is uncomfortable, the most uncomfortable hotel /b&b bed

Staff and food were very good. Our room needed updating, the carpet was dirty, a curtain had a broken hook, and it was sadly a bit scruffy.

Lovely characterful building. Great location. Good breakfast. The bedroom was very hot.

Beautiful place with friendly staff. This hotel shouldn’t be presented as located in Cirencester; it is not in Cirencester. It is in South Cerny, which was quite a surprise for us when we arrived.

The place is in a great spot and the breakfast was really good, but the bathroom lacked enough shelf space and the bedroom didn’t have enough drawers.
