The hotel is very comfortable, full of charm, and in a perfect location; the staff are kind and helpful, and the restaurant is excellent!

The reception and restaurant staff were very courteous, the ambience was lovely, and the breakfast buffet was generous; the location in the city center is great. However, we arrived with seven motorcycles and the parking management was quite chaotic, with too few parking spots available and no enforcement of parking rules by the staff.

The location and pool are great, but the fridge is dirty and the elevator should be renovated.
