Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The rooms were large and featured a bathtub and a big shower, plus a small seating area and a mini balcony. From the room we could see Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the nice pool was already closed by early October. The breakfast was mainly Japanese, which is perfectly fine for a Japanese hotel.

There were mosquitoes in the room, but when I asked the front desk, they quickly sent a bug spray, showing excellent customer service. No other complaints.

The view of Enoshima and the sea was great, and even though a typhoon was approaching, the clouds cleared and I could see Mount Fuji. My elderly mother was very happy. I booked the breakfast‑included plan; the main dishes were delicious, but the buffet vegetables were frozen and the soups were cold, which was disappointing.

The ocean view, tasty breakfast, and proximity to the station were all excellent. No complaints.
