The staff were friendly, though the wait was a bit long – understandable for the late hour. Cleanliness, however, was lacking; the mattress had a vomit smell and, since they couldn't replace it, they simply flipped it and changed the sheets.

Unfriendly staff with lack of hospitality. The breakfast was terrible and the worst I’ve I’ve experienced from any hotel. Ultra processed food and 1 main meal that didn’t look appealing whatsoever. Even the veg options looked horrid. I had to cut my stay short
