I loved the vibe, the lounge, the Cuban food restaurant, the guest arrival desk, and the room with two beds was nice, but the bathroom needed serious dusting, especially the fan grille and overhead lights.

The historic building was beautiful and within walking distance of all the shops, but the front‑desk staff weren’t as responsive as they could have been.

The downtown location was great, and everything else was fine.

Central to downtown, the little extras like toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kits, and great shower items were appreciated, but the furniture needs updating and I couldn’t reach the outlet in the bathroom because it was blocked by a mirror.
