The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived. Reaching our room was easy, though we were on the second floor without an elevator—probably due to maintenance, but it didn’t bother us since we were traveling light. The complimentary breakfast was nice, yet I was hoping for banana and peanut butter with my bagel; only one apple was available, and there was no salt, pepper, or staff around in the morning to ask for extras. The bathroom felt cramped and not very accommodating. The towels were notably small and thin, which felt subpar, especially when you’re out of town and need a decent towel to dry off after a shower. Overall, the towel quality could use a significant upgrade.

The room was very nice and comfortable, and the large bathroom was a plus. Breakfast was a typical continental spread but still good. The indoor pool looked inviting, but it was closed awaiting a state inspection. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable. I would visit again. The only issue was that the door to my room was difficult to open; it was sticking on the frame, so I had to push it, and I mentioned it to the staff.

We appreciated that the Quality Inn was located away from heavy traffic, creating a quiet environment. We were just three minutes from The Willow Venue, where my spouse and I attended a wedding. The young lady who checked us in was welcoming and clearly knew her role. Our first‑floor room was very clean and ideal for us seniors. Parking was convenient and we felt very safe, with nearby conveniences like a gas station, McDonald’s, and Dollar Tree adding to the country‑style vibe. When we visit my niece and her husband again, we’ll definitely stay at Quality Inn. The only downside was a desire for more breakfast variety.
