The hotel was overbooked, so the 1‑bedroom suite I had booked was no longer available; I was moved into a much smaller King studio but still charged the same price as the suite, and the guest services attendant said she couldn’t change the rate—really?

The location was amazing, close to everything, and the bed was cozy and comfortable.

The stay was solid overall, but the pillows left something to be desired.

The location was convenient, yet the bed was terrible, causing back pain, and the TV was poorly positioned in the room.
