I stumbled upon this B&B by booking last minute and it felt just like home; only two rooms, but the apartment was immaculate, with high‑quality welcome kit, comfy beds, even Alexa in the room, and the homemade breakfast let me chat with the lovely Erica and Alessandra.

Alessandra was extremely welcoming and helpful, the place was newly furnished and detailed, the location was perfect for the company I had to visit, the breakfast was excellent and varied, and they even left a snack for me to grab during the day.

The owner is very kind and helpful, the accommodation is new, well‑equipped, and tidy, and the spot is convenient for reaching the small lakes and Lake Como in about 30–40 minutes, with an elevation of 1200–1300 m.
