The bed is low but comfy, and the location is close to a shopping mall. The toilet isn’t clean and could be better. The neighboring room shares the toilet, which can be disturbing at night. Parking is pricey—you pay a full day fee but they charge for every entry.

I wasn’t told the apartment is split into two sections in one unit, and the apartment and room get so hot that the air‑conditioner can’t cool it down. The air‑conditioner doesn’t get cold enough, and the access door is hard to open into the apartment.

Nothing to like, somehow the management is scamming us by asking for a deposit twice the offer price. Everything about this JRC is bullshit!
