I’m near the bus station and there are plenty of good cafés around, but the bed, shower, and dining area were dirty. I’d only suggest using the place to drop off bags and then head out for the Bolovan Trails, where the staff will treat you nicely.

The staff here are really nice; after arriving from the night bus they handed me breakfast. I can also book transport, activities, and motorbikes right there.

We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved the accommodation. From the moment we arrived, the reception and kitchen staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us detailed information about tours and day trips and were always ready to answer any questions. Our mixed dorm room was very spacious. Although there’s only one shower and toilet inside the dorm, there are two additional toilets and showers available, so we never had to wait. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and tasted amazing—something to look forward to daily. The staff also arranged our return transport to Don Det, making it a smooth, well‑organised journey, and they gave us their contact number for any issues, which was reassuring. After returning from Don Det, the staff let us store our luggage and use the shower while we waited for our sleeper bus that night. We didn’t get all the staff names, but a special thank you to everyone; we absolutely loved our stay and it’s one of the most memorable places of our travels.

The staff were super friendly and helped with every little thing. We could have extended our stay without any problems. Renting a scooter was also no issue and went very quickly. The beds might feel a bit hard for some, but we didn’t find that a big problem.

This is the cheapest hostel in Pleiku, so it’s hard to complain about the equipment and comfort. The staff are really very kind. The bed is extremely hard. There is a kind of terrace in front of the room door, and people who have no respect can stay there, talking loudly as if they were the only ones in the world, until 1 or 2 a.m.
