I am not requesting a review or compensation. I am requesting a REFUND for accommodation that I paid for but was unable to use. I made payment in good faith, but I never got to experience the accommodation because I could not obtain a response or reliable access/check-in arrangements from the property. I repeatedly attempted to resolve the matter and contacted for assistance, but I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I therefore do not believe it is appropriate to ask me to review a stay that I never experienced. I am requesting that escalate this matter and process a full refund of the amount I paid. Please treat this as a formal refund complaint and provide me with a case/reference number and a clear written response regarding the refund. I can provide the booking confirmation, payment proof, screenshots of my attempts to contact the property, and my communications with . I am not asking for a voucher or a future booking. “Low quality accomodations”

Friendly staff member Jack made a good impression, but the place was literally falling apart, the cleaner was incredibly rude, they didn’t even compensate with a free night after completely messing up my second booking and making me wait hours outside the building, even though the money had already been paid into the owner’s account; the beds were uncomfortable, there were no towels, the kitchen was dirty, and the bathrooms were the deal breakers for me.

“BED BUGS!!!!”

Nothing. There is a massive infestation of bed bugs! I have complained so many times hoping that something would be done. My boyfriend’s entire body was covered in bites. This has been going on for months. He left his jacket there and when he went to fetch it the staff shouted at him, made a scene, and told him that he was the one bringing the bed bugs and that he was homeless, which is absolutely disgusting. This place also has numerous different names and most times I book, they call me to say I need to cancel my booking because they are full! Which means I need to wait 3‑7 working days for my money, a major inconvenience because it was available online as well as all their other places with different names for the same place! Major red flag and feels like a scam. Today they said that my boyfriend is no longer allowed to book because of the bed bugs, but numerous others have complained about the same thing. I really hope something gets done because this is so unfair honestly. This was the closest place and convenient for me to book for him. And I’ve been booking consistently for the past year.
