“Rilassante”

The room was tidy and had the right amount of space, the bathroom was large, and the staff were very friendly. The room door could be better insulated because we could hear people talking in the corridor.

The parking is safe and the bed is comfortable. The area around Castel Volturno feels a little dangerous, but the hotel itself is really good.

“Racist”

The surroundings are pleasant and the rooms are clean, but the staff were extremely racist. We tried to order food at their restaurant, but everything was in Italian, so we asked the waiter to explain the menu; the customer service was zero. The staff were rude and racist, and the waiter even talked about us in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. My husband forgot his wallet in the room, used the wrong entrance, and the owner yelled at him like a child. The place is clean and nice, but the people are not friendly at all. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the room was hot. The cleaning lady was nice. If you are black, don’t even think of going there because they will make you feel pure racism.
