The breakfast was non‑existent, and the hotel shut off its water supply, making the stay miserable while I was still charged the full price. I expected a discount for the water issue, but none was offered, so I won’t stay at any Baymont hotels again.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the parking area was littered with trash and there were spider webs in the room.

We couldn’t check in early as requested, and the hotel refused to place us on the ground floor; the only room available was upstairs without an elevator, which was impossible for us 70‑year‑old with bad back, hip, and knee—after driving 5 hours for a funeral we had to drive 5 hours home the same day because all the hotels were full. I was extremely unhappy with the whole situation.

The hot tub was good and the breakfast was also good.

Everything was pretty standard. The attached restaurant was very good but pricey. The lounge chair was too soft and the footrest was broken
