The person who answered the phone was a total idiot. I couldn't get any help or information. It made the whole stay feel unprofessional.

The place was pretty shabby. They said the central heating only kicks in at 7 pm, but it never did. I had to sleep on four thin blankets, and there were no bath towels, no towels, no mirror. The address on the app was wrong – it's actually 12‑13 blocks away from the listed spot.
