“Czysto, ale problemy z dodatkowymi opłatami i dostępem do obiektu”

The room and bathroom were clean, but the way extra fees were calculated and the access to the property were problematic. The reservation page mentioned on‑site payment, yet after booking I received a message on the platform saying there was an additional 15 zł charge for sheets and towels and a 30 zł key deposit. That information wasn’t clear at the reservation stage, and I even got an SMS with it. When I paid the extra 15 zł, the front‑desk staff still asked if I really wanted a towel. I ended up with a towel about 90 × 30 cm, which is more of a medium size than a full bath towel. Paying extra for sheets and a towel feels cheap and falls short of the standard one would expect. The hotel tries to present itself as vintage and stylish, but the interior reality doesn’t quite match that image. At this price point, the value for money is poor, the extra fees, equipment quality, and stay organization don’t meet the expected standard. A major issue was building access: guests don’t receive a key or any self‑entry method; reception handles entry. I learned only in the morning that, because there was no night‑shift staff between 23:00 and 6:00, I couldn’t enter the building. The night‑shift staff fell ill, which could happen, but it meant I had no time or option to find another accommodation or change my plans. I arrived for business and had a company meeting that evening, which I had to leave early to get back to the lodging on time.

“Na szczęście to jedna noc”

The bed was large, but the double‑bed room was completely unheated; the radiator was barely warm at first (on the upper floor) and eventually became icy because it was air‑filled. The terracotta floor made it very cold. The pillows were unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. The rooms weren’t sound‑proofed, so hallway noise was audible throughout.
