“Don't stay. If you stayed request your money back”
The location was convenient, but the staff’s poor customer service, the overall dirtiness of the hotel, and the lack of room‑service cleaning more than once a week were disappointing; we had no towels, sheets, or even a single blanket, no cooking utensils, and were hit with $100 in taxes, which felt excessive; I’m upset and want a refund, and when I turned on the air the air smelled like cigarettes.
